How to Use This Map
- This map is an interactive representation of human rights abuses and crimes against humanity in Burma.
- Use the zoom in (+) and out (-) buttons to see the exact location of an incident.
- Get
more information on a particular incident by clicking on it on the map.
Then click on the title or "More information"to get a detailed
description of the incident.

- To filter the reports by their respective categories (Armed Conflict, Arrests, Human Rights Abuses, IDPs) click on "Filter Reports By" and select from the drop-down menu.

- To add a layer (Development Projects, Pipelines) to the map, click on "Layers" and select from the drop-down menu.
- Note: you will only be able to click on the top layer. To deactivate a top layer simply click on your current selection again.


- By clicking on the "Reports" section you can find a chronological list of all incidents. You can filter for a certain type of incidents by clicking on the desired category under "Filter Reports By"on the right side of the screen. Confirm your selection by pressing "Filter Reports".
- Another way to filter is by date. Simply click on "Change Date Range" and type in your selected dates. Confirm your selections by pressing "Go".
- It is possible to apply several filters at the same time
